Pumpkin Pie at Heritage Commons

Brothers from Mount Defiance and Rescue Lodges served pumpkin pie and Cool Whip to the residents at Heritage Commons earlier this afternoon. Apologies for the poor quality of the photo, which shows Doug Buckland (Rescue Lodge) and Ray Ellor (Mount Defiance Lodge).

Pumpkin Pie at Heritage Commons this Saturday

Just a reminder that Brothers from Mount Defiance and Rescue Lodges will be serving "Pumpkin Pie and Cool Whip" to the residents of Heritage Commons on Saturday, November 21st, at 2pm. All Brothers are invited to participate--plan to arrive at 1:45pm.

Also a reminder that due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, there will be no Lodge meeting on Wednesday, November 25th.

Mount Defiance Lodge arrives in the blogosphere

Yesterday the most recent issue of the View from Mount Defiance, the lodge newsletter, went out by email. Today, Mount Defiance Lodge's newsletter committee launches this blog and has created a page on Facebook to keep Brothers informed and updated in between newsletters.

This first post will serve as a reminder of the "Pumpkin Pie and Cool Whip" event at Heritage Commons this Saturday, November 21st, at 2:00pm. Brothers from Mount Defiance and Rescue Lodges are invited to participate as we serve the residents pie and whipped topping in advance of Thanksgiving.
